AppDirect underwent a comprehensive brand transformation to reflect the company’s evolution after multiple acquisitions and technology integrations, while building a brand flexible enough to support ongoing growth and M&A activity.
This was a highly collaborative project, involving my design team, external agencies, cross-functional stakeholders, and the leadership team, including the CEO. As creative director and grounding force, I connected all the moving parts — guiding the vision, ensuring alignment across teams, and making the critical design decisions that kept the brand coherent, authentic, and resilient.
The work spanned positioning, narrative, and visual identity, with internal alignment and external launch across every touchpoint. The result is a cohesive, adaptable brand that honors the company’s history, expresses its present, and scales with its future growth.
